"My name is Rusly and my overall experience with Status Transportation is A+. Everybody in the office is very nice, quality, almost home based. If you have a problem, they'll send you an email or talk to them personally, and they will tell you what is going on and rectify the problem ASAP. If I have any issues or any problems, I'll sit back and talk with Edwin or a dispatcher, and they usually sit back and try to clarify any problems I may have. Overall experience with them, great! When it came down to paying, great! What you see on your settlement it's exactly what they give you, on the load and everything. So everything you see in it's exactly what they are going to do. My experience with Status Transportation dispatch. My dispatcher, his name is Juan, I like him because he is pretty down to earth. He looks at the loads and stuff like that and he is my eyes on the computer. He knows what is going on. Sometimes I'll sit back and he'll offer me a load and explain to me what is going on, he breaks it down, so my experience with Juan has been pretty much top A notch. If you need to come somewhere it's homebound, and everybody is there to help you, here you can reach your goals. I am very goal oriented, and they are helping me to reach my goals. Thank you."
